Terms & Conditions

1. Any unused, sealed goods, can be returned within 7 days for a refund on the cost of the product 'less' initial delivery costs. Return delivery costs are payable by the customer.

2. All products & contents are checked prior to dispatch to ensure the correct contents are included.

3. Our liability, however caused for any loss, damage or injury, is limited to the value of the goods supplied by Magi Privacy Screen / CELL-SAVERS.

4. All "SPECIAL ORDERS" including Wholesale & Reseller orders, are non returnable and non refundable.

5. If a product is no longer available, you will be informed and a refund wll be issued.

6. We reserve the right not to supply an order. You will be notified of this and any payment made to us will be returned in full.

7. Any 'free' item or 'free gift' sent with an order must be returned, if the order is returned.

8. Please note that VAT is not charged on your purchases with MAGI-PRIVACY SCREEN.

9. To return your unopened & unused screen, you need to contact Magi Privacy Screen via the “contact us” link and request a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number). You will then need to mark this number on the parcel/package you are sending back. Any returns sent back to Magi Privacy Screen without a RAN clearly marked will not be refunded or replaced. Credit will also be refused if your return is not as new, enclosed in it’s original packaging and with original contents.

10. Incorrectly fitted items, incorrectly measured and cut screens may not be returned for a refund or replacement. Detailed instructions are included on each pack. Please follow instructions carefully. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding fitting.

11. Currencies conversions placed on the site are approximate only. The rate you are charged for at checkout, may be different.

12. By placing an order you are accepting our terms and conditions.
